We opened in 2014 because Mia had spent four years working under partners who'd quote one number to a patient and bill another to insurance. She didn't want to run a practice that way.
Caleb joined in 2018 with a pediatric residency and the same allergy to surprise bills. The math has been the same since: tell the patient the number before you touch the tooth. Bill the same number after.
Most dental practices won't quote a crown before the prep appointment. We'll quote it before you sit down. The number you see is the number you pay — minus what your insurance handles, which we'll also tell you before we start. Twelve years of doing it this way; the math hasn't gone wrong yet.
